Welcome to the first of these announcements!

From time to time we will post and let you know about changes going on in the background, new delimits offerings etc.

Secondly, our support ticketing system is now fully in place and working.  I know some users have been having issues with it working properly.  This should all now be fixed.  Delimits aims to reply to all problems within 2 hours and guarantees to reply within 8 hours!

Our new website is nearly finished.  Soon to come will be a domain registration/whois service, frequently asked questions and our knowledge base.

From a security standpoint we now have active 256-bit SSL certificates active on dePanel, cPanel and our sign-up process.  Please update your bookmarks using the links on our homepage.

That just about covers it for now!
