General Questions
Answer:
Support tickets can be opened by logging in to dePanel and going to the support section. Customers can also email support@delimits.net directly to open a ticket and request support. The dePanel support ticket system allows logging of all communication to ensure problems and enquiries are dealt with in a quickly and satisfying manner.
We also provide a support forum where less urgent matters can be discussed. This board is monitored via all support staff.
Delimits also provide a comprehensive range of documentation, FAQs and tutorials to aid our customers in running their website.
Answer:

Answer:
To cancel an account you need to open a support ticket via dePanel or email support@delimits.net and receive a valid ticket ID (sent automatically on ticket creation). We will ask you to confirm some details for identity confirmation and once you have provided this information we will cancel the account confirming this in writing via the ticket.
Website Hosting Questions
Answer:
We activate accounts manually within a maximum of 12 hours of payment being received and often within one hour.

We do offer custom hosting plans and will be adding a package calculator soon to allow customers to create a package suited to their individual needs. In the meantime please contact sales@delimits.net for further information.

Backups are taken each night. Daily and weekly backups are archived and stored separately. However, with this in mind we also advise our customers to reguarly download backups from their cPanel.

We do not allow adult websites on our servers.

Unfortunately this is not possible. You can still get your money back within 30 days of purchase though if you are not happy (please select monthly payment if this is what you wish to do).

This is just a case of opening a new support ticket via dePanel or by emailing support@delimits.net. Once received, we will upgrade your hosting account and make the changes to your records. Your website will not be affected in any way and everything will remain online throughout.

We do allow ASP.NET code to run on our servers through the use of Mono. Open a support ticket using dePanel to enable it on your account.
Domain Registration Questions
Answer:
All customers who purchase domain names through Delimits get a full control panel that allows you to manage all aspects of the domain. We do not charge transfer fees for domains coming in or going out.
