What is the recommended method of support?
For important support issues the most effective method is by using our dePanel helpdesk. You can always email us at support@delimits.net which automatically creates a new support ticket.

We also have support forums where you can ask any questions you may have.

In addition to the above, all clients are advised to search the forum and knowledgebase before submitting a helpdesk ticket in case your problem has already been covered. It\'s also a good idea to check our public announcements before submitting a ticket to see if we are already aware of a global issue and working on resolving it.
