I have forgotten my account details. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your account details and no longer have your welcome email please open a support ticket via dePanel or email support@delimits.net.

Please use the email address we have on file for your account and be prepared to answer a few security questions to confirm your identity.

Once this has been done, a new welcome email will be sent to the email address we have on file for your account containing all your account details.
