Domains

• I have already got a domain I want to use with my account!
  When you ordered you should have specified the domain name you wish to use. You will have to contact the registrar of the domain name and ask them to change the nameservers over to ours. Some registrars have an automated control panel where you can do this yourself.
  
  Whether you do it yourself or they do it for you, the nameservers of the domain need changing to those shown in your welcome email (different according to the server your account is on).
  
  This is a very important part of getting your hosting account up and running and it's essential that it is done correctly. If you are unsure of anything please open a support ticket and we'll be happy to advise. If you want us to carry out the settings change in the domain control panel for you please make sure to provide the login details for your domain registrar.
