• Do you charge for transferring domains?
  To transfer your domains nameservers to or from us, there is absolutely no charge from us and is provided free because your domain is staying at it's current registrar (they will continue to bill you for it and it's not a full transfer to us). Please note however that not all registrars provide this for free and some may charge you for changing the nameserver settings.
  
  If you wish to carry out a full domain transfer to us and move everything to our control (settings, billing, etc) there is again no charge.
  
  If you wish to transfer a domain away from us (eg you registered it with us and wish to move to a different registrar) there is no charge from us. Please note that if you change hosts, there is no need to transfer the domain away and you can simply change the nameserver settings.
